The ennui has spread throughout the house, in direct correlation to the heat. Even though I keep the inside temperature at a spoiled, spendthrift's 73 degrees (22.8 for everyone not in the US), the body knows it's hot outside. This is my second day of doing only the bare minimum of unpacking: one box. I also found two hanging pictures that I'm sending to Goodwill, but that's only partial credit.
I have also admitted to myself that this dress is too narrow for even Sabina.
The only way she'd be able to walk in it is like Mrs. Wiggins. Please tell me I'm not the only one here old enough to remember Mrs. Wiggins.
I have complicated plans to sew some steeks and cut it, then hopefully pick up enough stitches all the way around to create a blankie of suitable width.
At some point in the future.
